If you are experiencing problems with your unit please contact MJIS at 713 824 1258. MJIS warranties the functionality of the the AC Clog Stopper, but does not guarantee that your HVAC system will never fail, clog, leak, etc.. The AC Clog Stopper is not a substitute for regular maintenance and although this automated preventative maintenance will greatly increase the likelihood that algae clogs will not form, MJIS will not be held liable for any damages caused by HVAC leaks.
